CyoGate Merchant Control Panel is a secure Internet-based interface that allows merchants to manage transactions, configure their account settings, view account statements, generate reports and more.
The Merchant Control Panel is available twenty-four hours per day, from any computer with a web browser and an Internet connection. Since it's web-based, there is never a need to download or install any software to your computer.
All CyoGate Internet Payment Gateway accounts include our Merchant Control which allows online merchants to:
- Manage Merchant Transactions - Submit, review, or void transactions online. Manually enter payments or issue refunds with the built-in Virtual Terminal, or submit multiple transactions in a single file using the Batch Upload feature. Generate and download reports on settled, declined, and returned transactions; and import downloaded transaction data into QuickBooks software.
- Configure Merchant Account - Configure the way transactions are handled, including security settings and transaction responses.
- Review Merchant Account Activity - Search transaction history based on date, credit card number, customer name, and other fields. Reconcile payment and billing activity using online reports and statements. Merchants can also view CyoGate billing statements and payment history.
